I. Eligible Countries for the Scholarship
Students from 13 Eurasian countries including Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Azerbaijan and Mongolia can apply for this scholarship to pursue undergraduate degrees at Heihe University.
II. Scholarship Duration
The undergraduate scholarship duration is 4 to 5 academic years
III. Undergraduate Scholarship Application Requirements
Applicants must hold a senior high school graduation certificate and be under 25 years old. Applicants with no Chinese language foundation are also welcome to apply. Those who have passed the HSK Level 3 or above will be given priority in admission.

V. Scholarship Coverage for International Students from Eurasian Countries
The scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, accommodation fees and comprehensive insurance fees
VI. Required Application Documents for the Government Scholarship
1. "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form" (uniformly printed by the China Scholarship Council, CSC). It must be filled out in Chinese or English and downloaded and printed from the CSC official website (http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn). Heihe University's code is 13744.
2. Notarized copy of the highest academic certificate. The notarized documents must be in English or Chinese;
3. Applicants who hold an HSK certificate shall submit a copy thereof.
4. Applicants for undergraduate programs shall provide China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) Score Report. (Applicants must take the CSCA organized by the CSC). Test subjects include Professional Chinese, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with Mathematics as a mandatory subject. All test papers are available in both Chinese and English. The test is conducted online at home in January, March, April, June, and December every year. For specific requirements and operation procedures, please refer to the CSCA official website: www.csca.cn.
*Note: The deadline for submitting CSCA scores is April 1st.
5. "Foreigners' Physical Examination Record" (uniformly printed by Chinese health and quarantine authorities);
6. Copy of passport;
7. Certificate of no criminal record.
VII. Application Time and Methods:
Applicants must mail the hard copies of application materials to the address specified below and ensure that the electronic versions of the application materials are uploaded to the Chinese Government Scholarship Application Website (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/) by the deadline of April 1st, 2026.
